Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh fruit (like strawberries, blueberries, mango, and kiwi) Choose ripe fruits for maximum flavor and sweetness.
  • 1 cup coconut water or juice Can be substituted with any preferred juice.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust the amount based on the sweetness of your fruit.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the fruit thoroughly. If necessary, chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine your fruit (reserve a few chunks for layering) with the coconut water or juice and optional sweetener. Blend until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Pour a small amount of the blended mixture into your popsicle molds. Add a few pieces of reserved fruit for decoration.
  2. Continue to fill the molds with the blended fruit mixture until they are almost full. Leave a little space at the top for expansion.
  3. Place the popsicle sticks in the center of each mold.
Freezing
  1. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
Serving
  1. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles, then gently pull them out.

Notes

To keep your Colorful Fruit Popsicles fresh, store them in airtight containers or in the popsicle molds. They can last up to 2 months in the freezer.
