  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the colorful chocolate candies.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds.
