Preparation
- Brew your coffee using your preferred method.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat gently until warm but not boiling.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract to the warm milk mixture. Stir well.
- Froth the milk-cream mixture until light and airy using a frother or whisk.
- Pour brewed coffee into your favorite mug and gently add the frothy milk mixture.
- Dust with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
Notes
If made in advance, refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently over low heat while whisking.
