- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white until foamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix.
- Add the pecans to the egg white mixture and stir until they are evenly coated.
- Pour the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the coated pecans and toss until they are thoroughly coated.
- Spread the pecans on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until they are golden brown and fragrant.
- Remove the pecans from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Once cooled, transfer your Cinnamon Sugar Pecans to an airtight container and enjoy your treat!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week or freeze for up to three months. To rejuvenate, bake at 300°F (150°C) for about 5 minutes before serving.
