  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk (any type) Can substitute with almond or oat milk for dairy-free option.
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the Butter: Cut in the softened butter with a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Incorporate the Milk: Gradually add the milk, stirring gently until a soft dough forms. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Shape the Biscuit Bites: Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  6. Mix the Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and brown sugar together. Sprinkle generously over each biscuit.
  7. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Notes

Enjoy fresh out of the oven. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
