Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the cinnamon roll package.
  2. Open the can and separate the cinnamon rolls. Cut each roll into quarters and set them aside.
Make the Custard Mixture
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Coat the Cinnamon Roll Bites
  1. Dip each quarter of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring they’re fully coated. Shake off any excess mixture.
Cook the Bites
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Once melted, add the coated cinnamon roll pieces and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove the bites from the skillet and serve them warm, drizzled with maple syrup.
  2. Top with your choice of fruits or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Allow leftovers to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or in a toaster oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes for best results.
