Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add the sliced apples, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
Baking
- Pour the batter over the cooked apples in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

- Remove the skillet from the oven, dust with powdered sugar, and serve immediately.
