Preparation
  1. Rinse strawberries thoroughly, hull them, and quarter into bite-sized pieces. Set aside in a bowl.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add dark chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey if you prefer a sweeter touch.
Assembly
  1. Dip each strawberry piece into the Greek yogurt, ensuring it is well coated, then drizzle or dip in melted chocolate.
  2. Place clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
Chill
  1. Freeze for about 15 minutes until the chocolate has set.
