- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey if you prefer a sweeter touch.
Assembly
- Dip each strawberry piece into the Greek yogurt, ensuring it is well coated, then drizzle or dip in melted chocolate.
- Place clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
Chill
- Freeze for about 15 minutes until the chocolate has set.

- Transfer to a serving plate or store in an airtight container. Enjoy your clusters!
