  • 1 cup chocolate chips (or dairy-free chocolate chips, if preferred) Opt for high-quality chocolate chips.
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hull and slice the strawberries ensuring they're ripe and fresh.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey (if desired) and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt mixture and cover well before placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each yogurt-covered strawberry into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for long-term storage. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.
