Ingredients
  

For the Chocolate Layer
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
For the Peanut Butter Mixture
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Creamy or crunchy as per preference
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar To sweeten the peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavor enhancement
  • Pinch salt Enhances overall flavor
For the Rice Cereal Layer
  • 2 cups rice cereal Use regular or gluten-free rice cereal

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave them in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.
  2. In another bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the rice cereal to the peanut butter mixture, ensuring it is well coated. A pinch of salt can be added here to enhance the flavor.
Assembly
  1. In a lined baking pan, spread half of the melted chocolate evenly to form the base.
  2. Layer the peanut butter and rice cereal mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  3. Finally, pour the remaining melted chocolate over it, spreading evenly.
Chill and Serve
  1. Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 30-45 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
  2. Once chilled, slice into stacks and serve.

Notes

To achieve the perfect stacks, stir constantly while melting the chocolate to prevent burning. You can also customize them with chopped nuts or dried fruit to enhance texture and flavor.
