Preparation
  1. Start by softening the cream cheese if you haven’t done so already. It should be soft enough to blend easily without lumps.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a handheld mixer to combine until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Use clean hands to scoop the mixture into a ball shape. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the plastic wrap. Roll it in crushed nuts for added crunch and flavor before serving.

Notes

This cheese ball can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week when tightly wrapped. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight for optimal results.
