Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, crush the chocolate graham crackers into fine crumbs.
- Add the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined.
- Spread half of your mixture evenly in the prepared pan, pressing it down to create a solid base.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over the base layer.
- Spread the remaining graham mixture over the chocolate chips and marshmallows, pressing it down gently.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
To reduce sweetness, use less powdered sugar or swap some chocolate chips for nuts. Avoid overmixing the dough to keep the bars tender. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
