Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Gently unravel the kataifi pastry, separating it into thin strands. Place the strands in a bowl and lightly coat with melted butter.
- Grease a muffin pan lightly. Fill each muffin cup with the prepared kataifi strands, pressing them into shape to resemble nests.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Let cool gently afterward.
Filling
- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth while the nests are cooling.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate into each tart shell. Spoon a generous amount of Nutella into each pastry nest, filling them to the top.
Decoration
- Pipe or dollop the whipped cream on top, then decorate with colorful chocolate eggs or spherical chocolates. Dust with powdered sugar for an elegant touch.
Serving
- Your Chocolate Egg Nest Nutella Kataifi Tarts are ready! Serve them immediately or store for later enjoyment.
