Preparation
- Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, then slice them in half and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, stir the Greek yogurt until creamy and smooth. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Dip each half of the strawberry into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Once all strawberries are coated, place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.
Chocolate Dipping
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Remove the strawberry bites from the freezer. Dip each yogurt-covered strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the chocolate-dipped strawberries back on the parchment-lined sheet, and return to the freezer for another 10-15 minutes to set.
Serving
- Once set, the treats are ready to serve! Enjoy fresh or store them for later.
Notes
