- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips to ensure even distribution throughout the mixture.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the formed balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
- Once chilled, your delicious Choc Chip Protein Balls are ready to enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer shelf life; just place them in a freezer-safe bag. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for about 30 minutes before consumption.
