Preparation
  1. Wash the Chinese cabbage thoroughly and slice it thinly. Place it into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Julienne the carrot and slice the red bell pepper into thin strips. Add both to the bowl with the cabbage.
  3. Dice the green onions and sprinkle them over the cabbage and veggies.
Making the Dressing
  1. In a separate small bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well combined.
Combining
