Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, and sliced mushrooms and stir until fully coated.
Assembly
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes.
