  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Can use Halal chicken.
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened This will be the heart of your casserole.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For topping.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
Seasonings
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add in the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, and sliced mushrooms and stir until fully coated.
Assembly
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes.
