- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s a rectangle, about 12×18 inches.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well!
- Spoon the filling evenly onto the rolled-out dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Carefully roll the dough from one end to the other, sealing in the filling as you go. Pinch the edges tightly to avoid leaks.
- Place the rolled bread seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top with the beaten egg.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
