Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 300 g pasta (like penne or spaghetti)
  • 200 g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Method

Cooking
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly golden.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes, stirring frequently for about 2-3 minutes, until the tomatoes have softened.
  4. Add the spinach to the skillet and stir until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, mixing everything together. If the dish seems too dry, gradually add some reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. Plate up your Chicken Pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy the warm flavors of your culinary creation!

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding bell peppers or zucchini. Substitute chicken with halal turkey or beef if preferred. Always season your chicken adequately and monitor cooking times to retain tenderness.
