Preparation

Assembly
- Take one slice of toast and spread a generous amount of mayonnaise. Then, layer in the sliced chicken, followed by one slice of turkey bacon (optional), a drizzle of salt and pepper, and two slices of tomato. Add a handful of fresh lettuce.
- Place a second slice of toast on top, and repeat the layering process: a dollop of mayo, more chicken, turkey bacon, tomato, lettuce, salt, and pepper.
- Top with the final slice of toast.
