Preparation
- If you haven't grilled your chicken yet, season it with salt and pepper and grill until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
- While the chicken is resting, grab your Romaine lettuce and rinse it under cold water. Dry it thoroughly, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, chopped lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Take a tortilla wrap and place a generous portion of the Chicken Caesar mixture in the center. If you're using croutons, sprinkle them on top for that extra crunch. Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly from one end to the other to form a wrap.
- For easier eating, slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve with a sprinkle of extra Parmesan on top if desired.
Notes
Consider substituting the grilled chicken with shredded rotisserie chicken for a quicker option, or try adding sautéed mushrooms for an earthy touch. Make sure your chicken isn’t overcooked to keep it juicy. Don’t skimp on the dressing; it’s what gives this wrap its delicious flavor!
