Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Romaine lettuce leaves For serving

Method

Preparation
  1. Cook the Pasta: Start by boiling water in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: If you haven't pre-cooked your chicken, season your chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill or bake until fully cooked. Allow it to cool and then dice into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, Caesar dressing, and cherry tomatoes. Gently fold the mixture until all ingredients are well coated.
  2. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and croutons. Toss everything together for an even distribution of flavors and textures.
Serving
  1. Line a serving platter with fresh romaine lettuce leaves, and spoon the chicken Caesar pasta salad over the top. It’s ready to be enjoyed!

Notes

Top Tips: For a Halal-friendly option, ensure your chicken is certified Halal. Swap out the pasta for zoodles for a lighter dish. To prevent sogginess, do not dress the pasta salad until right before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
