Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Stir well until fully blended.
- Add shredded Halal chicken, broccoli florets, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
- Evenly sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh broccoli instead of frozen to avoid excess moisture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days in the fridge, or frozen before baking for quick meals.
