  1. If you haven’t done so already, cook your chicken breasts. You can boil, grill, or bake them until fully cooked, then let them cool before shredding.
  2. Set up a clean workspace and lay out all your ingredients. This makes the wrapping process easier and more organized.
Assembly
  1. Start with a tortilla. Place a handful of shredded lettuce in the center, followed by the shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, and avocado slices. Drizzle ranch dressing (or your favorite sauce) on top.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the layers to enhance flavor.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it tightly from the bottom up, ensuring all ingredients are snug inside. You might want to secure it with a toothpick if it’s a bit loose.
  4. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately, or store it for later.
