- Slice your chicken breast and trim the green beans. Mince garlic and ginger for easy cooking.
Cooking
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and season lightly with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, stirring for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the trimmed green beans and add the soy sauce. Stir everything together, allowing the beans to become tender yet crunchy, which should take about 3-5 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning if necessary, then transfer the stir-fry to a serving platter. Optionally garnish with sesame seeds or slivers of scallions. Serve with rice or noodles.
Notes
This stir-fry can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat gently in a pan with a splash of water or soy sauce to retain moisture.
