Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Method

Preparation
  1. Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, trim the green beans, and mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the sliced chicken to the pan, season it lightly with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. Toss in the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the trimmed green beans to the pan, stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, mixing well. Stir for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and beans.
Serving
  1. Remove from heat and serve immediately over a bed of steaming rice or noodles.
