- Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, trim the green beans, and mince the garlic and ginger.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan, season it lightly with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
- Toss in the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the trimmed green beans to the pan, stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce, mixing well. Stir for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and beans.
Serving
- Remove from heat and serve immediately over a bed of steaming rice or noodles.
Notes
