Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly so that all ingredients are evenly coated in the sauce.
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of your pasta mixture.
Baking
- Place your baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For vegetarian alternatives, substitute chicken with chickpeas or tofu. Ensure broccoli is steamed just enough to maintain tenderness and color. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
