Preparation
- Start by rinsing the fresh cherries and mixed berries under cool water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Make sure to pit the cherries beforehand.
- In a large pitcher, combine the pitted cherries and mixed berries. Gently muddle them using a fork or muddler to release some of their juices but be careful not to mash them completely.
- Fill serving glasses halfway with ice cubes.
- Top the muddled berry mixture with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to combine everything.
- Tuck a few fresh mint leaves into each glass.
- Enjoy your Cherry Berry Cooler immediately while it’s bubbly and refreshing!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store any leftover berry mixture in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For a frozen version, blend the mixture into a slushy consistency and freeze.
