Ingredients
  

Berry Mixture
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Feel free to swap in your favorite berries
For the Drink
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda Make sure it's chilled for best results
  • cubes Ice cubes Fill serving glasses halfway with ice
  • Mint leaves for garnish Add for an aromatic and visual touch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by rinsing the fresh cherries and mixed berries under cool water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Make sure to pit the cherries beforehand.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the pitted cherries and mixed berries. Gently muddle them using a fork or muddler to release some of their juices but be careful not to mash them completely.
  3. Fill serving glasses halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Top the muddled berry mixture with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to combine everything.
  5. Tuck a few fresh mint leaves into each glass.
  6. Enjoy your Cherry Berry Cooler immediately while it’s bubbly and refreshing!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store any leftover berry mixture in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For a frozen version, blend the mixture into a slushy consistency and freeze.
