Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect crispy texture.
  2. Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise, creating open-faced halves.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the French bread, covering every inch.
  5. Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over both halves.
  6. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the cheesy topping for added flavor.
Baking
  1. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, ensure butter is softened but not melted. Store leftovers wrapped tightly in foil or plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or toaster oven to regain crispiness.
