  • 1 package refrigerated garlic biscuit dough Can substitute with halal-friendly pizza dough if necessary.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Ensure chicken is fully cooked.
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce Homemade Alfredo can enhance flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For drizzling.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust to preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with olive oil.
  3. Roll out the garlic biscuit dough into a large circle (about 12 inches in diameter) directly on your baking sheet.
  4. Evenly spread the Alfredo sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
  5. Layer the shredded cooked chicken evenly across the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the chicken.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake the pizza in the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  2. Once baked, remove it from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
