Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with olive oil.
- Roll out the garlic biscuit dough into a large circle (about 12 inches in diameter) directly on your baking sheet.
- Evenly spread the Alfredo sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Layer the shredded cooked chicken evenly across the sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the chicken.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
Cooking
- Bake the pizza in the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Once baked, remove it from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
