  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti Use any type of spaghetti
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great) Shredded rotisserie chicken saves time
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese For topping
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (dry)
  • 1/2 cup milk For consistency
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold everything together until the pasta is well coated and all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the combined mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

For variations, you can swap out sharp cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a spicy kick. This recipe is great for meal prepping and can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to three months.
