Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 oz pasta (any shape you prefer)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Make sure chicken is pre-cooked and shredded for quicker preparation.
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Making the Cheese Sauce
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, cream cheese, and minced garlic. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Reduce the heat and gradually add both the cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until fully melted and creamy.
Combining Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Baking (optional)
  1. If you want an extra cheesy, bubbly topping, transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle more cheese on top, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
Garnishing
  1. Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot!

Notes

This dish can be customized by substituting chicken with turkey or using mozzarella for a meltier texture. To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat with a splash of milk if it looks dry.
