Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Transfer the seasoned Brussels sprouts into the prepared baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheeses are evenly distributed.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the Brussels sprouts, ensuring all the sprouts are well coated.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top, and if using, add the breadcbs for an extra crunch.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
