  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup breadcbs (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Transfer the seasoned Brussels sprouts into the prepared baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheeses are evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the cheese sauce over the Brussels sprouts, ensuring all the sprouts are well coated.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top, and if using, add the breadcbs for an extra crunch.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  2. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!

Notes

Consider blanching the Brussels sprouts in salted water for a few minutes before mixing them with the cheese sauce to enhance flavor and reduce cooking time. Get creative with your cheese blends!
