  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup cooked , chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcbs (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped , Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  4. Pour the chicken and mixture into the greased baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
  5. In a small bowl, mix breadcbs with melted butter, then sprinkle generously over the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For variations, swap out types of cheese or the meat. Allow the casserole to cool slightly for cleaner slices.
