Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped , Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Pour the chicken and mixture into the greased baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcbs with melted butter, then sprinkle generously over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For variations, swap out types of cheese or the meat. Allow the casserole to cool slightly for cleaner slices.
