Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping Gently fold into the mixture.
For the Fruit
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
For the Crunch
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Layer with the cheesecake mixture.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer on medium speed until everything is well-blended and smooth.
  2. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate it.
  3. Add the hulled and sliced strawberries, mixing gently to distribute them throughout the mixture.
  4. In a serving dish, layer the cheesecake salad mixture and graham cracker crumbs for added crunch, alternating layers for a visually appealing presentation.
  5. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

You can substitute different fruits like blueberries or peaches, and graham cracker crumbs can be swapped for crushed cookies. Prepare a few hours ahead to enhance flavor, but avoid freezing as it may change the texture.
