- Carefully unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate along the perforations to create triangles.
- Spoon a generous tablespoon of cheesecake filling onto the larger end of each triangle.
- Roll the crescent triangles from the large end towards the tip, ensuring the filling is contained.
- If desired, whisk an egg in a small bowl and brush the egg wash over the rolls for a golden finish.
Baking
- Place your filled crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before sprinkling with powdered sugar (if using) and serving.
