Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a clean surface.
Filling and Baking
- Spoon a small amount of the cheesecake filling onto the wider end of each crescent triangle.
- Roll it up tightly starting from the wide end, tucking in the ends to seal the filling inside.
- Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 5-8 minutes to restore crispiness.
