Crescent Rolls
  • 1 can crescent roll dough Store-bought dough makes this recipe easy.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a clean surface.
Filling and Baking
  1. Spoon a small amount of the cheesecake filling onto the wider end of each crescent triangle.
  2. Roll it up tightly starting from the wide end, tucking in the ends to seal the filling inside.
  3. Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Allow them to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 5-8 minutes to restore crispiness.
