  • a few Fresh basil leaves For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to the package instructions until tender, usually around 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the tortellini mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each one for optimal crispiness.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes or until the tortellini are golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a unique flavor, consider substituting with flavored tortellini. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in a preheated oven to restore crispiness.
