Method

Preparation

  2. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle on a clean surface, aiming for about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine your shredded cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the cheese mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit.
  6. Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching it to seal.
  7. Place the cheese bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil or cooking spray.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Seal the biscuit dough properly to avoid any cheese leaking out. Experiment with different fillings like cooked bacon or sautéed vegetables.
