Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and press it gently against the sides. Poke a few holes in the bottom with a fork.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese and diced tomatoes into the egg mixture, adding herbs if desired.
  5. Pour the filling mixture into your prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in your preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  2. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
