Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 pound Cheese (sharp cheddar, creamy gouda, or brie) Choose your favorite type of cheese.
  • 1 pound Grapes (red or green) Use based on your preference.
  • 10-12 pieces Skewers (wooden or reusable metal) Either type works well.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients and tools—your cheese, grapes, and skewers.
  2. Wash the grapes thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a clean towel.
Cut the Cheese
  1. Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes (about 1 inch) to make it easy to thread onto the skewers.
Assemble Skewers
  1. Take a skewer and thread one cube of cheese followed by one grape. Repeat this process until your skewer is filled, leaving a bit of space at both ends for easy handling.
Repeat the Process
  1. Continue assembling until all cheese and grapes are skewered, mixing and matching for a vibrant display.
Presentation
  1. Arrange them on a serving platter and drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze for added flavor if desired.

Notes

Best assembled just before serving to maintain freshness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a preheated oven for a few minutes if necessary, avoiding overheating the cheese.
