Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a blender, add the ripe banana and coconut milk. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Add the frozen pineapple chunks and blend until fully incorporated.
  4. If desired, sweeten with honey or agave syrup and the vanilla extract, then blend once more.
  5. For a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Pour into a glass, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
