Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  3. Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and mix thoroughly, adjusting the spiciness as desired.
  5. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and fully incorporated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let it simmer, stirring frequently, until thickened.
  7. Toss the sauce with your favorite pasta, or pour it over grilled chicken or seafood.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on low heat and add a splash of cream or milk to maintain creaminess. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays for up to a month.
