  1. Start by pitting your dates if they are not already pitted.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it begins to bubble and foam.
  2. Add the dates to the skillet, tossing them in the melted butter. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes, until they begin to caramelize and soften.
  3. Once prepared, scoop the warm dates onto a serving plate.
  4. Spoon the Greek yogurt generously over the warm dates.
  5. Drizzle with honey if you desire a little extra sweetness and sprinkle with chopped nuts for added crunch.

Notes

If using leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in a skillet before serving. Yogurt should be added fresh when serving.
