  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • Lettuce to taste lettuce (any variety) Chopped into bite-sized pieces.

Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with burger seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir occasionally until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
Preparing the Rice
  1. If you don’t already have cooked rice, make a cup of rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
Chopping the Veggies
  1. While the beef is cooking, dice the tomatoes and onions, and prepare the lettuce by chopping it into bite-sized pieces.

  1. In large serving bowls, start with a base of rice. Top it with the cooked beef, followed by layers of diced tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, pickles, and lettuce.
