  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced Use dill pickles for a tangy flavor.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Choose your favorite cheese.
  • 1/4 cup diced onions Add more for extra flavor if desired.

Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Preparation
  1. While the beef is cooking, chop the lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes. Dice the onions and pickles. Set all your fresh ingredients aside.
Assembly
  1. Once the beef is ready, in individual bowls, start layering your ingredients. Begin with the cooked beef, then add the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced onions, and pickles.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top. A little warmth from the beef will allow the cheese to melt slightly.
  3. Drizzle your favorite burger sauce over the top of each bowl to add an extra flavor kick.
