  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack) Choose your preferred type of cheese.
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed Can substitute with other types of beans.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños Adjust quantity based on spice preference.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 each avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 each lime, cut into wedges For serving.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your Bundt pan by lightly greasing the inside with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Layer the tortilla chips by arranging a generous layer inside the Bundt pan, gently pressing them into the shape of the pan.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips, followed by a layer of black beans, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapeños. Repeat this layering with another set of chips and finish off with the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before carefully inverting the Bundt pan onto a serving platter.
  7. Top off the nachos with avocado, sour cream, green onions, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges for an extra zesty kick!
