  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounces) Make sure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing Choose your preference.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Additional cheese can be sprinkled on top before baking.
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions Optional for garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded cooked chicken and shredded cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle more cheese on top if desired.
Baking
  1. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden brown top.
  2. If desired, top with chopped green onions before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

You can prepare the dip in advance and bake later. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 2-3 months.
