Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth.
- Gradually add in powdered sugar while mixing on low speed until fully combined and fluffy.
- Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the bottom.
Chocolate Layer
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Setting and Serving
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Lift out the fudge from the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months. For a unique twist, try using almond or cashew butter.
