  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Base for the dip

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and olive oil.
  3. Add the diced cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Serving
  1. Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Drizzle with optional balsamic glaze and serve warm with pita chips, toasts, or fresh veggies.

Notes

Serve with pita chips, crostinis, or fresh vegetable sticks. Keep an eye on baking time to achieve the perfect bubbly texture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
